With a growing network of more than 450 of the region’s most highly regarded physicians, our medical group is seeking an experienced Medical Bariatrician, who will be part of a multi-disciplinary approach to the medical management of obesity, located at South Miami Hospital, as part of a comprehensive Bariatric surgery program.  You will be warmly welcomed by our world-famous climate, year-round outdoor activities, friendly neighborhoods, and culture. 

Ideal physicians must be a Florida licensed physician and Diplomate of the Obesity Medicine Association, with at least 2 years of experience in a Bariatric Medicine program.  Experience should include protocol and pathway creation and implementation of the treatment of obesity using dietary, medical and behavioral modification.

 
Candidates must be able to provide references focusing on quality, excellent patient centered-care, bedside manner and professional demeanor, and collaboration and implementation of the medical treatment of obesity in multidisciplinary team environment.
