Jiva Health has an immediate opening for a full time Endocrinologist in Northern California. Jiva Health is a multispecialty medical group serving the Antioch, Concord, Fairfield, Sacramento, Vacaville and Walnut Creek areas for the past 40 years. Our goal is to provide exceptional care with a focus on prevention and reduction in disease burden while utilizing cutting edge technology. We offer services in diabetes, endocrinology, podiatry, medical weight management, sleep medicine, adult and pediatric allergy, immunology, internal medicine and dermatology. 

Position Highlights:

• Full time – Monday - Friday
• Outpatient Only
• Minimal Call Requirements
• Strong Support Team
• Rotating between Fairfield and Vacaville Locations
