Who You Are:
A fellowship trained, board-certified (or board-eligible) Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist looking to join our talented team members who are passionate about providing patient-centered care as they help patients become successful in their family-building journey though expert care, compassion, knowledge, and understanding.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting patient assessments and consultations for new and existing patients.
- Determines the appropriate testing and diagnostic procedures to identify potential causes of infertility.
- Review and discuss test results with patients.
- Advising patients on the best treatment options based on their individual needs.
- Work with patients to educate them on the treatment options.
- Create customized treatment plans for patients to maximize their pregnancy rates.
- Perform surgical procedures.
- Prescribing any medications as needed.
- Responsible for performing surgical procedures and in-vitro fertilization procedures (egg retrievals, embryo transfers, etc.) while maintaining the highest success rates.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- Applicants must have completed an REI fellowship and be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Solid understanding of key procedures including In-Vitro Fertilization, ICSI, Ovarian Stimulation.
- Knowledge and understanding of third-party reproduction.
- Enterprising spirit with desire to continually enhance clinical care through ongoing career development and continued education in the infertility field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated empathy and compassion, to build and maintain positive working relationships with all patients and team members throughout the center.
- Strong analytical and technical skills required, with ability to assess challenges and proactively seek solutions.
- Personal commitment to excellence, integrity, compassion, transparency, and honesty in all dealings.
We offer a competitive total compensation package of $450,000–$800,000, depending on experience, including base salary, bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
