We are a physician-owned, independent REI practice in Louisville, KY, and the state’s oldest private IVF laboratory. Our team of two physicians and two nurse practitioners is passionate about fulfilling our purpose: “Conceiving Family Dreams.” Our patients expect us to make dreams come true, and we work passionately every day to make that happen. We prioritize patient outcomes, collaboration, and long-term relationships over profit or luxury.
Our thriving REI private practice in Louisville, KY is looking for a full-time Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist to join our team.
We are not:
- A luxury, high-end boutique. Our facilities are modern and attractive, but we believe our patients care more about outcomes and bedside manners than in a spa-like environment.
- Driven exclusively by profit. We understand that our patients sacrifice a lot for treatment, and we respect them for it.
- Transactional. We have long-term relationships with our team members, our referral network and of course our patients.
Who we seek:
We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Reproductive Endocrinologist (post-fellowship or mid-career) to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is collaborative, patient-focused, and an excellent communicator, eager to create individualized care plans in a supportive environment.
