Endocrinology Physician Opportunity in Tyler, Texas

Practice Setting

• Practice includes a focus on thyroid biopsies and a wide variety of endocrinology cases
• Collaborative environment with strong support staff, including 4 diabetes educators, 1 MA, and 1 LVN per physician
• Supportive, team-focused practice culture that allows you to focus solely on patient care without administrative burdens
• Opportunities for academic involvement

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with a half-day on Fridays
  • 1:7 on-call schedule
  • Phone call/e-consults only, with no hospital rounding. Rarely impacts quality of life, with additional phone and screening support to ease after-hours duties
  • Work-life balance with the flexibility to live anywhere, no need to be within a specific radius of the hospital

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation with transition to a productivity-based RVU model
• Signing bonus up to $20,000 and quality bonuses up to $10,000 per year
