Endocrinologist – Southern New Jersey | $300k+ TCC
SMC Physicians, one of the largest physician-led multispecialty groups in southern New Jersey, is recruiting a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join our premier team.
Position Highlights:
Compensation: $240,000 guaranteed base salary with Total Cash Compensation (TCC) $300,000+, including productivity incentives, signing bonus, relocation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Work–life balance: 100% outpatient, flexible schedule, minimal call.
Robust support team: Experienced NPs, diabetes educators, nutritionists, and pump/CGM educators, MAs – all fully trained in diabetes technologies.
Multispecialty collaboration: With SMC; nephrology, rheumatology, vascular, wound care, infusion services, physical therapy, and osteoporosis center. Research opportunities.
