Company Overview

Our faculty members are dedicated to preparing future generations of physicians. Known for innovative approaches to teaching, many have been honored with awards for their excellence in medical student and resident education. The three-year Internal Medicine residency program provides settings, as well as rotations through a diverse array of subspecialties. Strong partnerships with Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital and William Jennings Bryan Dorn Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center provides an exciting training environment. Fellowships are available in Endocrinology, Geriatrics, Infectious Diseases and Pulmonary Diseases.

The Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism provides consultative, diagnostic and therapeutic services and educational programs in the general area of endocrine and metabolic disorders. This program includes diabetes and its complications, osteoporosis, endocrine tumors, endocrine hypertension, thyroid disorders, adrenal disorders, male and female reproductive problems, lipid disorders, growth hormone disorders, hirsutism and neuroendocrinology.
