Access TeleCare, a national leader in specialty telemedicine, is seeking Board-Certified Endocrinologists to join our growing virtual endocrinology team.
This fully remote 1099 opportunity offers physicians the ability to provide high-quality outpatient endocrine care while maintaining exceptional work-life balance. Physicians work alongside an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) and support patients through convenient telehealth consultations from anywhere within the United States.

Requirements
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide virtual consultations for patients with endocrine disorders
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of endocrinology conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, metabolic conditions, osteoporosis, and other endocrine diseases
- Review laboratory and diagnostic results
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and provide ongoing clinical guidance
- Collaborate with and supervise an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) providing local patient support
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Endocrinology
- Active, unrestricted medical license
- OK medical license preferred
- IMLC eligibility required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Prior telemedicine experience is welcomed but not required
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Clinical hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
- Minimum commitment of five weekdays per month
