As our pediatric patients mature and their parents repeatedly ask for the same level of care for themselves, we are launching LIFE Endocrinology. This is a concierge, integrative division designed for adults who want thoughtful, personalized endocrine care and physicians who want to practice medicine without compromise.
This is a founding leadership opportunity for an Adult Endocrinologist to build and lead this new vertical with the full support of an experienced, mission-aligned organization.

The Role
You will serve as the clinical leader for LIFE’s adult endocrinology division, caring for adults with complex and nuanced endocrine needs, including:
Thyroid disorders
Diabetes including Type 1, Type 2, and complex insulin management
Metabolic health and weight management
Hormonal optimization and endocrine longevity
Adrenal and pituitary disorders
You will have the freedom to practice integrative endocrinology by blending gold-standard medicine with nutrition, lifestyle, and longitudinal strategy, without fighting systems that penalize thoughtful care.
What You’ll Do
Deliver deeply personalized, patient-centered endocrine care
Design individualized treatment plans with time for clinical judgment
See patients via telemedicine and or in-person based on your preference
Collaborate with families, high-performing adults, and transitioned pediatric patients
Help architect and refine the adult endocrine care model
Compensation
We will go through, in detail, during the interview process as the compensation is significantly above industry pay
Hybrid
You design your schedule and how you want to use any office/in-person time versus telemedicine
Requirements
Board-certified in Adult Endocrinology
Values autonomy, depth, and long-term patient relationships
Frustrated by rushed visits, inbox overload, or productivity quotas
Comfortable practicing independently within a high-trust environment
